How to organize ideas when drafting?

When I face essay drafting, I sometimes have difficulty collecting the available resources and making my essay flow naturally. Today, in Reggie's class, I even felt embarrassed when he returned my outline of essay. I had difficulty organizing the ideas and making stories seem interesting. If you had any idea, please let me know. I want to know your way of organizing...

what do you think about our new 2nd session?

I think it is fantastic to have new session started.
Though I miss the first session instructors, classrooms...
I also find it satisfying and pleasing to have new program and new instructors here.
I think we all have similar feelings for this, but I still want to know your feelings and expectations.
